Art Print Giveaway!

My first giveaway! I'm excited!

So as you can see I'm giving away some art prints! They are prints of my own oil paintings from a series I did on animal interaction and humans in the form of fashion. Most all of my art centers around females and animal counterparts in some type of interaction. I'm very environmentally conscious and have been most all my life, and my art features many of my thoughts on the way we treat ourselves compared to our fellow animals.

They are giclee prints (archival ink on archival paper) and a watercolor somerset velvet paper. It's a thicker stock and feels great between your fingers. The prints are 6.5 x 7.5 on approx 7.5 x 9 paper (I trim them so it may be a little off) All prints are signed and printed by me!

Here you can see this same set listed on my Etsy store at $20.00 plus shipping (my prices are really too low, but hey)

You see that 4 prints!!

I'm totally in love with them. I'd put them in the wall of my bedroom.

Jana Jane | July 16, 2010 at 6:21 AM

i looove the pictures.

in my bedroom i have this rack, which used to be a window but is now plastered, so... basically a square hole in the wall with three shelves.
And above it would be the PERFECT space to hang the pictures there in a row.

I'm so glad I learned about your artwork through Lulu Letty! These images are stunning, and I really like the underlying theme of the exploitation/commercialization of animals. I would put these prints on my bedroom wall.

I'm just redecorating my room, and I think this pictures are perfect: love the exotic animal theme, and also the fact that they remember us how important is to protect our environment (great near the Greenpeace subscription!:D)

These prints are amazing!! I'm so inspired by your incredible illustrations! I frame these in gorgeous antiqued looking frames and would put these prints right above my work space to help keep my artistic juices flowing. How could I not feel motivated to produce my best work as an artist when I look up at your awesome work?!

Cheers!

These are beautiful! I have so much blank wall space it's hard to think of a place to put them! I have a little space where I keep my books and various tchotchkes, and I think these would look nice about there.

I absolutely love these prints! I would be so grateful to win them! The series has such a clear theme and mood and I love how each one almost seems to relate to a different season. The style really reminds me of Alphonse Mucha but slightly more modern and updated with a fashion concious edge.

I would love to put these prints up on the wall in my uni dorm room next year to make it a bit more homely - they are brilliant! I would try to frame them too! Brittany xxxx

I love these prints :)
I'm a vegan so I dedicate time to making sure I buy products without any animal by products and without any animal testing. It's really tough! Almost everything has animals involved some where in the process. I really enjoy the message you're sending, and the prints are gorgeous. I'd hang them on my wall in my new bedroom.

So glad I found your blog through Lulu Letty! These prints are very inspirational, especially since they combine my two LOVES: animals and fashion! I have my mood board and inspo wall (both which are portable and travel with me to my dorm), which are aching to have these prints as companions!

Keep up the awesomeness, I'm definitely a new fan!

Dear Lauren
I'm so glad I discovered your blog over at Lulu Letty! Your work is breathtaking and I'm absolutely in love with the girl and her snake scarf.
I think these prints would look perfect on my dining room wall next to the fireplace. Or maybe above the sofa in the lounge. Or up the staircase wall. Now that I've seen them I think my house needs them!
Love Rosie

omg Tripp is so damn cute!
Anywho, yeah you can just keep the whole mag, I started the workout yesterday (because I knew I wouldn't be able to on Saturday) and when I couldn't find the workout online Kyle just picked up another on the way home. Sorry the rest of the mag pretty much sucks though.

I don't think I can jog in the am though, I try to get up by 5:30am, and I am supposed to leave by 7am and I barely get my ass out the door as it is. :(

Nicole | July 20, 2010 at 10:22 AM

I had seen your work on Etsy awhile ago and loved it. Then, I rediscovered it through Lulu Letty's blog. They're so unique and pretty!

I think they'd look beautiful in my home office. I recently cleared my walls to start over and those would be the first pieces of artwork to go back up. You create lovely art!
