Winter Wonderland

I am tired of winter... which makes it upsetting to hear we are supposed to get 15" on wednesday along with snow on tuesday and what we already have. Schools have already closed, I'm set for having the day off, and Kevin is planning to work from home. One part of me hopes for more than 15" but then I remember that if the power goes out we have no heat... And we live in a neighborhood that loses power a lot and doesn't have enough importance to be on the top of the electric companies repair list. So there's the dilemma, my child voice wants crazy snow, but then my adult voice cuts in with all the things that could go wrong. Why do we have to loose our sense of naivety just to be overloaded with the worry of what ifs?

Adorable outfit! I really like your shorts and tights :)
Oh my goodness, I'm so over winter weather as well. We have so many huge snow piles here, it's ridiculous!

Our monster snow will arrive on Tuesday. Looks like you're prepared with the cross country skis.

This is such an adorable and perfect outfit! I love the pleated shorts. Haha, maybe I should break out my skis too. I may need them to get to work on Wednesday.

You look adorable in that outdit, the colour scheme is great! I hope the power doesn't go off, that would be horrible. I don't really know when or why we start up with the what ifs but it would be great if we could just turn that off sometimes!

yeah. I had bangs as a baby and thought it was time to grow them out in 4th grade. Kinda weird how similar I look though to my 4th grade picture minus the hair color!! . . I should show you (this is long now).
here: http://flickr.com/gp/electroblood/06ERHs and this was the following year with them all grown out but I cut my hair shorter (did it myself) http://flickr.com/gp/electroblood/5neMk9

Anyway I got bangs again when I was entering 10th grade but they annoyed me so I grew them out slightly and parted them in the middle and then started parting my bangs to the one side the following year and grew them out when I was 18.

I really really hope I don't get compared to any other blogger who have all their bangs and such since I've got bangs history and usually look to myself in the past for inspiration hahahaha.

My bangs make my long face look longer :(
Your bangs are really nice because they are long to your chin or so right?? My hair grows more than an inch a month, so I should be okay in a few months.
